2. Is there a retainer fee to book?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Once paid and the contract signed, your booking is confirmed. This ensures your spot is reserved and compensates for the opportunity lost if a cancellation occurs.

3. How are images delivered?
Images are delivered through a professional online gallery, where you can download both social media-optimized and high-resolution versions. The gallery link will be sent via email once your images are ready.

4. How long is gallery access available?
Wedding galleries are available for 30 days. All other sessions are available for 14 days. After this, a $25 archival fee applies to access or purchase additional images.

5. Do I receive a print release?
Yes, you’ll receive a print release, allowing you to print your images wherever you like. However, I recommend ordering prints through my trusted lab for guaranteed quality.

6. What is the best way to store my images?
For safekeeping, download images to a physical hard drive or PC, and back them up on a cloud service. Storing them in multiple locations ensures they are preserved for years.

7. What types of editing do you offer?
All collections include basic editing, which covers color correction, cropping, and straightening. For more detailed or extensive editing requests, I’m happy to provide a custom quote. 8. Do I own the copyright to my images?
You receive a personal print release, allowing you to print and use the images for personal purposes. However, the copyright remains with Darby Zhang Photography.

9. Do you provide RAW images?

10. Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax of 8.25% is applied to all packags.
